All three tracks met on October 14. You each left with one thing to try with your team, and the space between sessions is where that work actually happens.

Your Sessions

Find your track.

Each track has its own date and time for session two. Session three brings all three tracks into the same room.

Times are shown in Eastern, with Central and Pacific beneath. Each session has its own join link, and they are not all the same room.

The Close

Session three. All tracks together.

The final session is deliberately mixed. Leaders from all three tracks in one room, each bringing one shift they made and one result they observed. You hear what changed for people who spent the same months working a different edge.

Between sessions, go back to it. Start with what is possible, name the values and the vision underneath it, set the intentions that will influence it, build the experience, then evaluate the momentum and adjust.

Your 30 Minutes

Private time with AJ.

Every leader has one private 30-minute session available during the sprint. It is the place to go deeper on your own one thing, and it tends to be the part that makes the biggest difference.
